The site was created by the students from the Department of Environmental, Water and Earth Science at the Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, South Africa. This is their way to reach out to the world with a message that they are getting ready to make a difference out there.

Tip number 107: Paper your floor
For extra insulation, lay newspaper under your carpet underlay. Choose a good-quality underlay that is thick and foamy to the touch, and it will hold the heat in better.
