Solar aid is a not for profit organization attempting to bring light to some of the poorest people on earth.

The site was created by the students from the Department of Environmental, Water and Earth Science at the Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, South Africa. This is their way to reach out to the world with a message that they are getting ready to make a difference out there.
